VIETNAMESE FOOD WITH LOVE

We're a fast-casual restaurant serving up delicious Vietnamese food with a focus on quality ingredients. We believe in sourcing local and sustainable products whenever we can.

Our famous beef broth is simmered for 24 hours using 100 pounds of antibiotic-free, pasture-raised beef bones. All our steak, brisket, and meatballs are hand-crafted and antibiotic-free. We also use non-GMO tofu and wild Gulf shrimp.

You'll love our fish sauce, made simply with pure anchovies and salt, and our organic Fix’s sriracha.

GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY OPTIONS

Most of our menu is gluten-free friendly, except for our banh mi sandwiches, banh mi bites, egg rolls, and pho taters. Our fish sauce, soy sauce, and all our protein marinades are gluten-free and soy-free too.
