VIETNAMESE FOOD WITH LOVE
We're a fast-casual restaurant dedicated to serving delicious Vietnamese food with a focus on quality. We prioritize sourcing local and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Our signature beef broth is simmered for 24 hours using 100 lbs of antibiotic-free, pasture-raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are hand-crafted and antibiotic-free. We use non-GMO tofu and wild Gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is made with pure anchovies and salt, and our Fix’s sriracha is organic. Most of our menu is gluten-free friendly, excluding our banh mi sandwiches, banh mi bites, egg rolls, pho taters. Our fish sauce, soy sauce, and protein marinades are all gluten-free and soy-free.
